Architectural Review Committee

The purpose of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is to provide property owners a conduit for submitting plans for new home construction or submitting plans for additions or alterations to existing homes or properties.  

Property owners wishing to make alterations to their existing properties or building new construction should submit their plans along with an Application for Construction to the Kings Creek Landing Property Owner's Association via mail or email.  The ARC will review the submitted plans and approve or disapprove those plans within 60 days based on covenants and restrictions of Kings Creek Landing.

A $1,000.00 construction deposit is required on all new home construction to cover potential damage to KCL roads during construction caused by large trucks and trailers during the construction process. See the notation on the construction application.
